Saturday, April 4, 2009. We were there, the circle of PD Passoscuro attended the event organized by the CGIL. We took part alongside the thousands of retirees worried about the evolution of the crisis, the continuing reduction in the purchasing power of their sometimes meager pensions. We were side by side with temporary teachers, of all levels, concerned about the uncertainty that hung over the horizon of their work, were there along with thousands of workers concerned by the increasing use of layoffs and grim prospects that lie see their jobs.
We were next to unemployed, living in an already difficult situation, look with confidence to a future without traits too uncertain. And there were
alongside thousands of families, children in tow, have demonstrated against a government policy that cutting resources to education, family support, cuts in the future to their children.
We were all together to hear our cry to a crisis that is concerned but should not show, which continues to grow, but that should not be talking.
We had to say, along with all other opposition political forces of which we saw the flags waving, which we have and we will be there to say no to a policy that denies the evidence of things, which denies the right to many poor people to hope for a better future, which requires doctors to report their patients instead of treating them. We had to say no to a policy that cuts the resources to law enforcement patrols and invented private.
We were, and we will always be there to hear our voice of Democrats. The Circle of PD
